Commit quick help

Screen Time access

Make sure Screen Time is enabled on your iPhone, then reopen Commit and approve the Family Controls request when prompted.

A block did not end

Open Commit after the timer finishes so the app can confirm completion and release the selected apps. Keep an internet connection available while it confirms.

Payment concern

Email us with the date, amount, and a description of what happened. Never send a full card number or banking password.

  • the app name and app version;
  • your iPhone model and iOS version;
  • what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
  • the steps that led to the issue; and
  • a screenshot, if it does not contain sensitive information.
